C’est La Vie! Singing together in the Park

After 14 months of not being able to sing together in person, we were delighted to meet for 2 socially distanced singing sessions in Brynmill Park.The weather was glorious, we sang, the birds sang, there may have been a few tears, there were definitely some beautiful harmonies.
What a joy it was to see each other and hear each other after so long. Zoom kept us connected but could not compare to the pleasure of blending our voices, even with all the challenges of being outdoors and spread out. It was certainly worth writing the risk assessments and thanks to Swansea Council Events department for their support. These two sessions were an experiment to see how it would work – there may be more in the coming months…..
